Welcome to the Roundnet Belgium Winter league (RBWL) 2025-2026 🏆 – Louvain-La-Neuve Edition!

This event is part of the official Roundnet Belgium Tour, where players from all levels come together to compete, connect, and enjoy the sport we love. Whether you’re aiming for the top and collect points for the nationals or your just here for the fun, this tournament has something for everyone.

*Rules: For this tournament will be finalized after the results of the RRR25 voting on October 15.

Divisions:

• Open Pro/advanced Division: For advanced and competitive players – no need to choose a level during sign-in; placement is based on OPR of Roundnet belgium.
• Women Divisions: Open to all female players ready to showcase their skills and compete for the top prize.

Registration fee: 30€/team

Required Memberships:

All players must have an active Annual RB membership 25-26 Season Pass (€10) – This membership is valid for the full year.

Schedule:

01/11/2025 :

• 08:30 AM – Check-in.

• 08:45 AM – Men’s start.

• 10:00 AM – Women’s arrival.

• 10:30 AM – Women’s first game.

• 06:00 PM – End of the tournament.

Hello everyone,

We can’t wait to see you this Saturday, November 1st, 2025, for the inauguration of the Winter League Roundnet Belgium with the Raptors LLN Tournament!

Here’s the info for Saturday:

Address :
Gym Hall of the Centre Sportif des Coquerées
Rue des Coquerées 50a, 1341 Céroux-Mousty (Ottignies)

Parking :
A free parking lot is available.

Here’s a map* to help you find your way. We encourage you to carpool if possible.

(*EN translation : By car:
From Brussels or Namur (via the E411 motorway): take exit no. 6 Wavre and follow the N238 towards Ottignies.
Take the Ottignies/Louvain-la-Neuve exit (N237) and follow the direction Ottignies.
Go under the two railway bridges and, at the traffic lights, turn right. Drive up towards the Clinique St Pierre and at the next traffic lights, turn left.

The sports center is located 300 meters further on your left.
Parking available for 70 cars.

By train and/or bus:
From the Ottignies train station, take bus lines 17 or 39
(stop: Ottignies-Coquerées or Ottignies-Clinique).).

Schedule :

• Check-in closes: 8:30 AM
• Men’s start: 8:45 AM (Sharp)
• Women’s arrival: 10:00 AM (first game at 10:30 AM)

  • With 6 courts and out-of-bounds lines, alternating play is crucial to keep the flow smooth.
  • The benefit of alternating is that resting teams can observe other matches.

Venue :
Winter season – indoor matches in the main hall of the Centre Sportif des Coquerées.
No showers available, but men’s and women’s changing rooms will be accessible throughout the tournament.

Format :
Group stage: Two games to 15 (hard cap at 21).
Afternoon bracket: Best of 3 sets to 15 (hard cap at 21).
Before lunch, a match between the two power pools (A vs B) will be played and the first games of a bracket of 32.
After lunch, all teams will play at least two consolation matches, time permitting (competition games have priority).
Women will mainly use court 6 and later courts 5–6 for their rounds.

Lunch is not included, so don’t forget to bring your own picnic for the midday break.
